The route most Nigerians ask about, because you don't need a job offer to apply. It's a one-year permit to enter Germany and search for skilled work on the ground.

Romania is currently one of the most accessible Schengen-area work visa routes for Nigerians, with employer demand across construction, manufacturing and hospitality.
